Our fitness classes are designed for all abilities!

All of our adult course & classes cost from £7.50 each. All classes must be booked in advance.

Class memberships are also available to purchase, starting from £16.99 a month.

Social Badminton

Takes place on Friday evenings with a maximum amount of six players (players rotate on one court). Bring your own racquet or hire one of ours for £2 per person. 

Badminton is a great all-round exercise and Social Badminton welcomes all abilities to learn from each other. 

Indoor Cycling 

Indoor Cycling or 'spinning' is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike. In this 45-minute session, our experienced instructor who will guide you through a workout that combines both cardio and endurance.

Pilates

Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall wellbeing by concentrating on posture, balance and flexibility.

Piloxing Barre

Piloxing Barre is a mix of barre work in our specially-designed Dance Studio, with Pilates, boxing and yoga for strength and suppleness training. Small, precise movements target muscle toning and sculpt the body. 

Yoga

A Class for all user abilities. Yang yoga (fast pace and focus strength) for 45 minutes of the class to finish with 15 minute yin (slow pace holding poses and stretch).

Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness.

Virtual Classes

A new style of exercise in our Dance Studio, we are offering online, virtual classes in;

-Dance (Intermediate) on Tuesdays
-Stretching on Thursdays
-Yoga - Strength & Power (Lower Body Calisthenics) on Thursdays
-Yoga - Meditation & Breathing on Fridays

This offering means you can experience an exercise class with a virtual instructor in our Dance Studio in a comfortable environment with no pressure. Come and experience the benefits of this new way of accessing exercise classes.
