Bournside Kicks Off Charity of the Year Partnership with The 4Ed Foundation
We are proud to announce that The 4Ed Foundation (part of the Gloucester Rugby Charitable Foundation) , the charity set up in honour of former Gloucester Rugby player Ed Slater, has been selected as Cheltenham Bournside School's Charity of the Year for 2025/26. The 4Ed Foundation was founded in honour of former Gloucester Rugby player Ed Slater, who was diagnosed with MND in 2022. Since then, the charity has worked tirelessly to raise awareness, fund research, and support families affected by the disease. The 4Ed Foundation will be Bournside's second Charity of the Year, following on from the success of last year's partnership with the Lions at Large campaign, where together, we raised more than £5,000 for The Big Space Cancer Appeal .
